What is Himalayan Haritaki?
Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) is a small fruit that grows in the Himalayan foothills. Ayurveda has called it the "King of Medicines" for over 5,000 years. Each serving gives you 1,000 mg of whole-fruit haritaki in two vegan capsules, harvested once a year, made and lab-tested in the EU.
Why do my kidneys need it?
Each kidney holds about a million tiny filters, and they don't grow back. Uric acid and calcium oxalate crystallise out of your blood and settle inside them.
